Protecting passengers, airline employees, and airport assets through high-visiably and professionaly trained officers
Through a variety of training and experience in airport security services, we have developed five critical components that allow safe passage through private, municipal, and commercial airport facilities and manufacturing plants. These services include:
Passenger Screening and Inspections: Through advanced training protocols, our airport security officers efficiently operate x-ray machines, metal detectors, and explosive trace detectors to inspect passenger and baggage for prohibited items that could create an escalated level of risk.
Access Control: Maintaining a secure perimeter around an airport is challenging no matter what the size of the airport property. By managing security checkpoints, verifying boarding passes, checking identification of those in restricted areas, and regulating entry into secure, restricted areas (i.e. tarmacs and baggage handling), we ensure the safety of travelers and airport staff, and minimize time delays because of security breaches.
Surveillance and Patrol: A critical function of airport security is the ability to monitor CCTV networks and patrol airport perimeters to detect suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, and/or safety hazards. Our professional uniformed security officers are well diverse in the detection of security threats, while providing an active deterrence to critical incidents
Incident Response: Knowing that critical incidents can occur within a matter of moments, our security officers have vital training in responding to airport emergencies as first responders. Rather it’s a medical emergency, or critical incident, our staff is constantly evolving to provide a better level of superior service to our clients. By coordinating with local law enforcement, airport and local fire agencies, and Office of Emergency Management, we can implement safety and evacuation protocols efficiently and effectively.
Customer Service: Although our team strives to be a proactive deterrent, we understand the importance of providing dynamic customer service by assisting TSA at security checkpoints, answering questions, and assisting in de-escalating conflicts in high-stress environments.
We strive to properly training all airport security staff in the operations and response at airport facilities and ensure that each officer assigned to an airport maintains 20 hours of continued training annually to stay efficient in their duties. This includes certification in BLS (Basic Life Support), Active Shooter response, and airport emergency operations plan
Restricted access to secured areas of an airport's infrastructure is among the most challenging issues for airport administrators. Through on-site access points and a combination of both vehicle and foot patrols, we provide a more dynamic layer of security to prevent trespassing
Aircraft safety starts and ends on the runway where they land. Our trained staff are keenly aware of what to look for during a runway check and remain vigilant in removing any foreign object that could potentially damage an outbound or inbound flight.
Through the use of X-ray devices, metal detectors, and handheld explosive device detectors, we provide our clients with the most efficient and thorough security screening
